Revenue Engine Build
Install the system that turns founder-led sales into predictable revenue. A focused 30-day sprint or a full 90-day build.
What gets built
- ICP and segments: who to sell to, including the upmarket accounts that drive bigger deals.
- Sales playbook: discovery, qualification, demo, mutual action plans and objection handling.
- Pipeline generation: the activity-to-revenue model and the motions that feed it.
- CRM and forecast: stages with exit criteria and a weekly forecast cadence.
- Hiring and onboarding: role scorecards, interview loops and a ramp plan.
- Operating cadence: weekly pipeline, deal and forecast reviews that keep running after the build.
How the 90 days run
- Week 0: kickoff, pipeline and team review
- Weeks 1–2: diagnostic and plan agreed
- Weeks 3–6: ICP, playbook, CRM and forecast installed
- Weeks 7–12: weekly cadence, deal coaching, hiring plan
- Day 30, 60, 90: progress reviewed against the plan

Common questions
What's the difference between the 30-day sprint and the 90-day build?
The 30-day sprint fixes the most urgent part of the system, such as the ICP and playbook or the forecast. The 90-day build installs the full system and runs it with your team until it holds.
Do you implement the CRM changes?
UNFLINCH GTM designs stages, fields, exit criteria and dashboards, and works with your team or admin to implement them. Ongoing CRM administration is not included.
Is a Revenue Engine Build a good fit before my first sales hire?
Yes. Documenting the ICP, process and hiring scorecard before the first hire is one of the most effective ways to help that hire succeed.
