Revenue Diagnostic
Find what's really blocking revenue in one to two weeks. You get a scorecard of your funnel, ICP, pricing and team, plus a prioritized 90-day plan.
What gets examined
- Pipeline and conversion: where deals enter, stall and die, stage by stage.
- Wins and losses: patterns in who buys, why, and how long it takes.
- ICP and segments: which customers to pursue, and which to walk away from.
- Pricing and packaging: whether deal size can grow, especially when moving upmarket.
- Process and CRM: whether stages, qualification and forecasting reflect reality.
- Team and hiring: roles, ramp, coaching and the next hire you actually need.
What you receive
- A revenue scorecard across funnel, ICP, pricing and team
- The three to five constraints holding revenue back
- A prioritized 90-day plan with owners and metrics
- A recommendation on whether, and whom, to hire next
Who it's for
Funded Seed and Series A B2B founders who know revenue should be more predictable but aren't sure where to start. The Diagnostic is the first stage of the Revenue Engine Blueprint.
Common questions
How long does a Revenue Diagnostic take?
One to two weeks, depending on how much pipeline and CRM data is available and how many people need to be interviewed.
What do I need to provide?
CRM access or exports, recent won and lost deals, pricing, the current sales process if one exists, and time with the founder and each seller.
What happens after the Diagnostic?
You keep the scorecard and 90-day plan either way. Many founders then run the plan themselves, or move into a Revenue Engine Build or a Fractional VP of Sales engagement.
