About the founder
Jon Parisi
Revenue operator who has built and scaled sales at four Series A startups, driving $120M+ in ARR. Founder of UNFLINCH GTM in San Francisco.

I've spent 20+ years building revenue engines, most of them from the ground up. As an early sales leader at four Series A startups, I helped scale GuideSpark from $2M to $30M ARR in 18 months, played a key role setting up the GTM tech stack at Observe (later acquired by Snowflake in its largest deal to date), doubled MaestroQA's ARR, and took a legal-tech AI startup from $XM to $XXM ARR (10x) in under a year while growing the team from 2 reps to 60.
Along the way I've driven $120M+ in ARR, sourced $600M+ in outbound pipeline, developed 130+ high-performing salespeople, and earned seven President's Club wins. Through UNFLINCH GTM, I bring that same system to funded founders: hands-on, in the work, and accountable to the number.

How I run a sales team
"How you sell is why you win."
- Forecast discipline: every deal is R4: right stage, right amount, right date, right category. Inspect inputs, not just outputs.
- Weekly cadence: Monday morning pipeline and planning call, Friday morning team workshops, and two 1:1s a week per seller for deal review and skill development.
- Attribute-based hiring: drive, coachability, integrity and EQ, plus proven pipeline generation, champion building and execution.
- Enterprise execution: discovery frameworks, business cases and mutual activity plans with clear success criteria agreed with the buyer up front: "if we hit them, you buy."
- Develop, don't just hire: scripted demos, pitch certification and game-tape review so B players become A players.
